Social enterprise start-up baking company specializing in handcrafted sweet dessert pies available by private order or for purchase in various markets, cafes, restaurants and groceries throughout London. Partnered on collaborations with local charities, small businesses and larger organizations with the aim to establish a café supporting care leavers transitioning into independence.

Cultivated relationships that paved the way for collaborations with over a dozen small business owners and three local charities
New Business Development
Conducted market and industry research to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation
Devised and implemented strategies to expand reach through cross promotion
Designed, led and managed collaborative projects and workshops
Project Management
Oversaw and established timeline and budget for start-up as well as spin-off projects
Tracked, analyzed and regularly presented verbal and written reports to stakeholders on business performance



2016 Big Idea Challenge
Oh Gee, Pie was selected to compete in The Big Idea Challenge run by Accelerator - London Met’s Business Incubator, where we were the 2016 Challenge award recipients, taking home awards in the categories of Overall Competition & Social Impact.
As part of our winnings we were invited to participate in Accelerator’s Launchpad Bootcamp, an extensive 6-week business program for early stage entrepreneurs where we able to fast track our idea into a viable startup venture; receiving support and mentoring from industry experts.
